Our most popular classes. Choreo classes are so much fun and our students love them.
Each week we have a variety of choreo classes, with different songs, styles and genres. (You can also request a song and style) Learn a combination of dance moves, pole moves and tricks to some awesome music.

Beginner Choreo (different styles)
Intermediate Choreo (different Styles)
Tantalise (strip tease) all levels
Burlesque – all levels
Floorwork – all levels – (utilising the floor) (all styles)
Base work – all levels – (utilising the bottom half and base of the pole) (all styles)

(Knee Pads, Shoes and/or socks are always a good idea to have in your pole bag for these classes)

TWERK

Shake that booty. Learn twerk basics and how to shake your derriere. These classes are a mix of Twerk Choreo and butt conditioning. Think butt isolations.
